All Calabria Property are members of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) which exists for one reason and one reason only: to improve the standards of professionalism in the international property market. 

The AIPPs general ethos and its emphasis on ethics fits nicely with our own existing approach and beliefs - becoming a member was merely to show our agreement.

Our badge of membership is a reminder to you, the consumer, that our company must follow professional standards, and act with honesty, integrity and transparency. For instance we cannot make unrealistic claims and must provide our offers in a clear, easy to understand and transparent manner.  We have been vetted and approved, and have voluntarily agreed to follow and be bound by the industry Code of Conduct.

Remember your responsibilities as a buyer
Buying with an AIPP Member such as All Calabria Property does not mean you should close your eyes and simply hand over your money – while we carry out due diligence and build valuable relationships from which you benefit we encourage you to also do your own due diligence - and we encourage you to ask questions on any aspect on which you are unclear.

You have a responsibility to ensure you are informed and protect yourself when buying property overseas just as you would when you buy property in your own country.  And at the end of the day it is your money and your time involved although we take much of the leg work out of the equation for you and with our experience can get you the best deal and avoid potentially expensive and stressful pitfalls.

However, you should take some comfort from the fact that we have voluntarily agreed to self-regulation and have been vetted before being accepted. We have agreed to be bound by the AIPPs Disciplinary Procedure.

The AIPP is a not-for-profit organisation set up to improve standards of professionalism in the international property market. The ultimate aim is to have all companies selling international property working to AIPP standards. Such a market would be a better, safer environment for you, the buyer of property overseas.
